5 Unique FundScrip Campaign Pages

FundScrip launched the public campaign pages feature a couple of months ago. Many groups have already been able to benefit from this functionality and we wanted to share some with you, hoping that it will inspire you to create your own public campaign page.

  • 1. Ernestown Barracuda Swim Club

    The Ernestown Barracuda Swim Club (EBSC) is an amateur, non-profit, parent-run club that teaches and promotes the sport of competitive swimming.

    Fundraising is a huge part of their commitment to their swimmers as it helps to offset the cost of running such a successful club.

  • 2. Almaguin Adult Learning Centre

    The mission of the Almaguin Adult Learning Centre is to foster the development of the literacy, numeracy, computer literacy, problem solving, critical thinking and living skills that are necessary for success in all areas of life. The Learning Centre pursues this mission within a broad understanding of human development and lifelong learning, and through the integration of services with other organizations with which it shares clients.

  • 3. Wilberforce Public School

    This school chose FundScrip to raise funds, because they know that their supporters will appreciate giving donations without changing their shopping habits and not having to purchase things that they don’t really need.

  • 4. Knights of Columbus Council 11886

    Council 11886 consist of Catholic Men from Holy Name of Jesus Church in Kingston Mills and Holy Family Chapel of Canadian Forces Base Kingston eager to live their faith while supporting family and community. Celebrating life from conception to natural death these men are engaged in activities to support our Church in a wide range of spiritual, charitable and social activities. They are using FundScrip to help finance their activities.

  • 5. Brooklyn District Home and School

    This home and school association is raising funds to support the construction of their school’s playground. Their campaign is going very well!

A few tips for you to develop your own public campaign page:

  • Make a concise presentation of your group and your mission, values and activities
  • Explain what the funds you are raising will be used for
  • Explain how people can support your group’s campaign
  • Add a link to your website / Facebook page / Facebook group
  • Bonus: Add a video to showcase your group

To sum up, give as much information as you can! People want to get to know you and are interested by your cause!
